About RaysanDev

A technology partner for organizations in Saudi Arabia and the GCC

RaysanDev designs, implements and supports the systems organizations run on. We combine proven business platforms with custom engineering so teams spend less time on manual work and more time serving customers and students.

What we do

The company

What is RaysanDev?

A plain definition, for anyone hearing the name for the first time.

RaysanDev is a software and digital transformation company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We implement, customize and integrate business systems — ERP, CRM, learning platforms, WhatsApp automation and AI-driven process automation — and build custom software where packaged products don't fit.

The name appears in a few forms. In English it is written RaysanDev or Raysan Dev, and is commonly shortened to Raysan. In Arabic it is written ريسان التقنية , as شركة ريسان للحلول التقنية, or simply ريسان. All of them refer to this same technology company. RaysanDev is not connected to any other organization using a similar Raysan, Rasan or Ressan name.

We work with SMEs, established businesses, schools, academies and training centers across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, in English and Arabic. Our Arabic site is available at ريسان التقنية, and you can reach the team at info@raysandev.com or on WhatsApp at +966 54 672 7996.

Our purpose

Make good technology decisions available to organizations of every size

Most organizations don't struggle because they lack software. They struggle because the software they have doesn't talk to itself: enquiries sit in one inbox, stock in a spreadsheet, invoices somewhere else, and students or customers wait while people copy data between them.

Our purpose is to remove that gap — to help businesses and educational organizations automate operations, connect their systems and grow on foundations they can maintain, without the cost and risk that traditionally came with enterprise software.

How we're different

Technology chosen for your process, not ours

  • Business outcome first

Every engagement starts with the operational problem and the number that should move — not with a product licence.

  • Fit over fashion

We recommend configured platforms where they fit and custom software only where they genuinely don't. Both cost money; only one solves your problem.

  • Built to be handed over

Documentation, training and clean configuration mean your team can run the system without depending on us for routine changes.

  • Regional context

Delivery is shaped by how organizations in Saudi Arabia and the GCC operate — bilingual users, local compliance expectations and WhatsApp-first communication.

Core expertise

Where our work is concentrated

Depth in a focused set of platforms and disciplines, rather than a long list we only partly know.

  • ERP implementation

Odoo rollouts covering sales, inventory, purchasing, projects and finance — configured around how your business actually operates.

  • CRM and sales operations

Bitrix24 pipelines, automation and reporting so enquiries are captured, followed up and measured instead of lost in inboxes.

  • Learning platforms

LMS solutions for schools, academies and training centers: enrollment, courses, attendance, assessment and parent communication.

  • Conversational automation

WhatsApp automation on the official Business API — notifications, lead capture, routing and full conversation history.

  • Applied AI and automation

Assistants, document processing and workflow automation targeted at real, measurable manual work — not novelty features.

  • Systems integration

Connecting ERP, CRM, learning platforms, messaging and third-party tools so data moves once and stays consistent.

Implementation approach

How we approach a project

A phased path from first conversation to a system your team owns.

  1. 01

    Discover

Map current systems, workflows, data and the friction costing your team time.

  2. 02

    Plan

Agree scope, phases, success measures and a realistic timeline before any build starts.

  3. 03

    Implement

Configure or build in phases, reviewing working software with your team as it lands.

  4. 04

    Integrate

Connect the new system with the tools you keep, so data flows without re-entry.

  5. 05

    Support

Train users, hand over documentation and stay available as the business changes.

Partnership philosophy

We plan for the second year, not just the launch

A system is only successful if it's still being used a year later. That shapes how we work: we keep configuration clean, document decisions, train the people who use the system daily, and avoid customizations that make future upgrades painful.

Businesses change — new services, new branches, new regulations. We stay available for the next phase, whether that's an extra ERP module, a new automation or an integration with a tool you've just adopted. You keep ownership of your data, your accounts and your systems throughout.
